This beautiful brand new little Care Bear patchwork dress is a size 2-4 yr. The length measures about 23 inches, which means the dress will go to the ankles of the younger age and to the knees of the older age. Also the straps are 12 inches long so you can easily adjust to the perfect length. Toptions is 5 inches of elastic in the back which allows the dress to fit comfortably, and grow with your child. The straps can be worn three different ways: around the neck and back, over the shoulders, or criss-cross (pictures at bottom). Toptions is a soft lace or eyelet trim around the bottom of the dress. Along the top, woptions the straps attach, I have embroidered a pretty design to add that finishing touch. This durable dress is hand serged, and machine washable and dryable.
